Coast to Classroom Program Launch
Kent Smith, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, announced Coast to Classroom, a new program to introduce public school students to Nova Scotia’s seafood industry and its related careers, today, June 2, in Shelburne. The classroom resources will be available provincewide this fall to help students better understand the role the ocean plays in the province’s economy, environment and way of life.
