Funding for Port of Digby Climate Protection
The Digby Harbour Port Association is receiving $600,000 through the Sustainable Communities Challenge Fund for initiatives to help protect the Port of Digby from climate change. Jill Balser, Minister of Service Nova Scotia and MLA for Digby-Annapolis, announced the funding today, January 30, in Digby, on behalf of Timothy Halman, Minister of Environment and Climate Change.
