Death Review Committees Recommendations Released

Recommendations from an individual death review by the Child Death Review Committee and from an individual death review by the Deaths in Custody Review Committee were released today, November 14.

Under Nova Scotia's Fatality Investigations Act, recommendations from these committee reviews are made public. All personal or identifying information is removed to protect the privacy of those involved.
