Rooted: Community Development Partners is finishing construction on a new 18-unit complex at 1 Circassion Dr. in Cole Harbour that will include nine affordable units and is preserving another 84 affordable units with the purchase of two buildings on Gaston Road in Dartmouth. Growth and Development Minister Colton LeBlanc spoke about provincial investments in the projects today, July 22, at the Circassion Drive property. The Crosswoods is a new 18-unit building in Cole Harbour built by Rooted: Community Development Partners and funded by the Province. Nine of the 18 units will be affordable, with rents ranging from $770 a month for a one-bedroom unit to $1,136 for a three-bedroom unit. (Province of Nova Scotia)
