Year-End Results
Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation
The Nova Scotia Liquor Corp. (NSLC) released its year-end financial results today, June 24.
Total sales from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, were up 1.6 per cent to $888.3 million, with an increase in both beverage alcohol and cannabis sales compared with the previous fiscal year.
Beverage alcohol sales increased one per cent to $761.1 million, and cannabis sales increased five per cent to $127.1 million.
Earnings decreased 1.3 per cent to $280.2 million.
Sales of Nova Scotia products increased by 1.3 per cent to $135.7 million:
- locally produced beverage alcohol sales increased 5.4 per cent to $99.5 million
- ready-to-drink products led the category with a 9.6 per cent increase to $37.6 million
- craft beer increased 5.8 per cent to $32.0 million
- wine decreased 0.5 per cent to $17.0 million
- spirits increased 1.3 per cent to $13.0 million
- local cannabis sales decreased 8.5 per cent to $36.2 million; Nova Scotia cannabis products accounted for 28.2 per cent of all cannabis sales.
