Independent Human Rights Hearing Begins December 16

Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission

A virtual independent human rights board of inquiry in the matter of Pascaline Ngweniform vs. Wal-Mart Canada Corp. will begin Monday, December 16.

Ms. Ngweniform alleges Walmart discriminated against her because of her race, colour, and her ethnic, national or aboriginal origin while she was employed there.

The board chair for the hearing is Benjamin Perryman, who is independent of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission.
