Independent Human Rights Hearing Cancelled

The independent human rights board of inquiry in the matter of Carlene MacDonald v. Province of Nova Scotia (Department of Health and Wellness) scheduled to begin Monday, November 4, in Truro, has been cancelled.

The parties have decided to pursue settlement.
