The first tiny home community in Nova Scotia is taking shape in Lower Sackville, with units being put in place today, August 29.
The Province provided $9.4 million in the fall of 2023 for construction costs and has committed $935,000 for annual operating costs. Wraparound supports will be provided on-site to help residents connect to employment and more permanent housing.
