Newly Twinned Section of Highway 103

Construction of the new 22-kilometre, four-lane divided section of Highway 103 between Exit 5 at Upper Tantallon and Exit 6 at Hubbards is now complete, and the new section will open to traffic in the coming days. Public Works Minister Kim Masland marked the completion at an event in Hubbards today, July 19.
