Kent Smith, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, announced today, June 11, the new Fisheries and Aquaculture Energy Efficiency Innovation Fund. The program, launched at a commercial fishing wharf in Eastern Passage, will support the seafood sector across Nova Scotia to do more to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adopt clean technology.
