Shubenacadie Sam Predicts an Early Spring
Tory Rushton, Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables, joined Shubenacadie Sam for the groundhog's annual weather prediction at Shubenacadie Wildlife Park today, February 2. Sam is predicting an early spring.
