Dartmouth Homicide Case Added to Rewards Program
The Province is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the homicide of Nathaniel Brown.
“Mr. Brown’s family has suffered a terrible loss and they deserve closure,” said Brad Johns, Attorney General and Minister of Justice. “I encourage anyone with information to please come forward if you know something about this crime.”
On February 4, 2023, at about 11:20 p.m., police responded to a weapons call outside a residence on Lahey Drive in Dartmouth. Officers determined that Mr. Brown, 36, had been shot; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators believe there are people who have information that has not been shared with police that could result in arrests and possible charges.
