Adam vs. Podium Properties Ltd. Hearing
Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission
An independent human rights board of inquiry in the matter of Ganim Adam vs. Podium Properties Ltd., Halifax Condominium Corporation No. 267, will begin Tuesday, October 3, in Halifax.
Mr. Adam alleges he was discriminated against by Podium Properties Ltd. with respect to provision of or access to services or facilities based on his race and/or color and/or ethnic or national origin.
The board chair for the hearing is Dennis James, who is independent of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission.
The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Best Western Plus Chocolate Lake Hotel, 250 St. Margarets Bay Rd., Halifax.
