Nova Scotia Securities Commission

The Nova Scotia Securities Commission is alerting investors that LeadingPips is not registered to sell securities in Nova Scotia.

LeadingPips claims to be an online trading platform specializing in the trading of forex, binary options, crypto assets and other financial instruments. LeadingPips is soliciting investments through its website: leadingpips.com. It claims to be based out of Nova Scotia and to be licensed and regulated, but LeadingPips is not registered to sell securities in Nova Scotia.

The commission urges Nova Scotians to exercise extreme caution when dealing with anyone that is not registered in Nova Scotia. If you have had contact with LeadingPips, please contact the commission. Nova Scotians can contact the commission to report scams or what is believed to be suspicious behavior from anyone offering investment opportunities.
