Investor Alert for Wesley Robinson and DRR900306 N.S. Limited

The Nova Scotia Securities Commission is alerting investors that Wesley Robinson and DRR900306 N.S. Limited are not registered to sell securities in Nova Scotia.

Mr. Robinson and DRR900306 N.S. Limited have solicited investments from Nova Scotians in exchange for promissory notes and project funding agreements. Mr. Robinson has also claimed to participate in a by-invitation-only trading platform offering investors short-term investments with high rates of return. He has been promoting his operations on LinkedIn.com.

The commission urges Nova Scotians to exercise extreme caution when dealing with anyone that is not registered in Nova Scotia. If you have had contact with Mr. Robinson or DRR900306 N.S. Limited, please contact the commission. Nova Scotians can contact the commission to report scams or what is believed to be suspicious behavior from anyone offering investment opportunities.
