Darlene Munroe v. I.M.P. Aerospace Components Inquiry Set
An independent human rights board of inquiry will continue in the case of Darlene Munroe v. I.M.P. Aerospace Components.
The claimant alleges she was discriminated against because her employer did not adequately accommodate her during her pregnancy. The respondent denies any discrimination and says the company fully met its duty to accommodate the complainant.
The board of inquiry will reconvene Monday, Feb. 17 and Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 9 a.m. each day, in the Aspen/Maple Room at the Holiday Inn, 437 Prince St., Truro. The board chair is Nelson Blackburn.
