Commission Issues Cease Trade Order Against Halifax Company
The Nova Scotia Securities Commission has issued a temporary cease trade order against Soil Ecology Investment Group Limited.
The company, a Nova Scotia Community Economic Development Corporation, violated Nova Scotia securities laws by not filing continuous disclosure documents.
The commission's director of corporate finance has ordered all people and companies to stop trading Soil Ecology Investment Group Limited securities. The company has until May 17 to file all documents to avoid a permanent cease trade order.
