N.S. SECURITIES COMMISSION--Commission Issues Cease Trade Order Against Tatamagouche Company

• --------------------------------------------------------------The Nova Scotia Securities Commission has issued a temporary cease trade order against Ocean Links Investments Inc.

The company, a Nova Scotia Community Economic Development Corporation, violated Nova Scotia securities laws by not filing continuous disclosure documents.

The Director of Corporate Finance has ordered all people and companies to stop trading Ocean Links Investments Inc. securities. The company has until May 10 to file all documents to avoid a permanent cease trade order.
