Alleged Discrimination Claim to be Heard by Board of Inquiry

A Human Rights Commission board of inquiry will hear a discrimination complaint filed by Garnetta Cromwell against Leon's Furniture Ltd.

The claimant alleges she experienced discrimination because of her race and/or colour in the workplace.

The inquiry will be heard by the board chair, Kathryn Raymond, on Tuesday, April 30 and Thursday, May 2, at 9:30 a.m. in the Beaujolais Room One and Two at the Best Western Plus Dartmouth Hotel and Suites, 15 Spectacle Lake Dr., Dartmouth.
