Board of Inquiry to Hear Alleged Discrimination Based on Race/Colour

A Human Rights Commission board of inquiry will hear the case of Kathleen Viner versus Hudson's Bay Company.

The claimant alleges she experienced discrimination because of her race and/or colour after making a purchase.

The inquiry will be heard by the board chair, Dennis James, Tuesday, April 23, at 10 a.m. in Salon E at the Old Orchard Inn, 153 Greenwich Rd. South, Wolfville.
