Notice of Discontinuance Issued
Nova Scotia Securities Commission enforcement staff discontinued a proceeding involving Kenneth F. MacLeod and Calvin W. Wadden.
Staff alleged that Mr. MacLeod and Mr. Wadden violated Nova Scotia securities laws in a statement of allegations on May 19, 2006. The allegations were related to public trading of shares of Knowledge House Inc., between December 1999 and August 2001. The statement of allegations was amended May 16, 2011.
After considering many factors, enforcement staff concluded it is in the public interest to discontinue the proceeding.
