Cease Trade Order Issued Regarding Keltic Savings Corporation Limited

The Nova Scotia Securities Commission has found Keltic Savings Corporation Limited violated Nova Scotia securities laws.

Keltic Savings, a Nova Scotia public company, has not filed continuous disclosure documents such as interim financial statements, annual financial statements or material change reports or paid required filing fees since June 14, 2002.

The commission ordered all people and companies to permanently cease trading in securities of Keltic Savings.
