Cease Trade Order Extended Against Lemieux, Archer
The Nova Scotia Securities Commission today, Dec. 30, extended a temporary cease trade order issued Dec. 20, against Henry Lemieux, doing business as Financière Helios Capital.
The order also applies to Altima Environnement Technologie Inc., West Indies Capital, Rexel Énergie Inc., and Jonathan Archer.
The order is extended until a full hearing and decision by the commission.
The order directs Mr. Lemieux, doing business as Financière Helios Capital, Altima Environnement Technologie Inc., West Indies Capital, Rexel Énergie Inc. and Mr. Archer to cease contravening the Securities Act, cease trading in all classes of securities, directly or indirectly, and prohibits them from acting as registrants.
