Cease Trade Order Issued Against Lemieux, Archer
The Nova Scotia Securities Commission issued a temporary cease trade order today, Dec. 20, against Henry Lemieux, carrying on business as Financière Helios Capital.
The order also applies to Altima Environnment Technologie Inc., West Indies Capital, Rexel Énergie Inc., and Jonathan Archer.
The order expires Jan. 4, but could be extended.
The order directs Mr. Lemieux, carrying on business as Financière Helios Capital, Altima Environnment Technologie Inc., West Indies Capital, Rexel Énergie Inc. and Mr. Archer to cease contravening Nova Scotia securities laws, cease trading in all classes of securities, directly or indirectly, and prohibits them from acting as registrants.
