Yarmouth, Glace Bay Byelections, June 22

Premier Darrell Dexter announced today, May 20, that byelections will be held in the ridings of Yarmouth and Glace Bay on Tuesday, June 22.

"It is important that Nova Scotians in all regions of the province have a voice in the legislature," said Premier Dexter. "I look forward to serving with the new members in the coming fall session."

The seats became vacant with the resignation of MLAs Richard Hurlburt and Dave Wilson.
