Minister Extends Condolences to Friends, Family of Edith Cromwell
Percy Paris, Minister of African Nova Scotian Affairs, extended his condolences to friends and family of Edith Cromwell, who passed away late Thursday, Nov. 12, in Middleton.
"Edith Cromwell was a community matriarch," said Mr. Paris. "An educator, mother, community leader and advocate, she was a founding member of the Black Cultural Centre and an Order of Nova Scotia recipient.
"She made significant and outstanding contributions to our community and she will be greatly missed."
