Budget Date Announced

Finance Minister Graham Steele will introduce the government's 2009-10 budget in the House of Assembly on Thursday, Sept. 24 at about 2 p.m.

"The budget to be presented next week will be substantially the same as the budget introduced by the previous government on May 4," said Mr. Steele.

Budget documents will also be available online at 2 p.m. on Sept. 24 at www.gov.ns.ca/finance .
