Highland Village Hosts Gaelic Games for Kids

Friday mornings are fun and educational at Highland Village this summer.

Children five- to 10-years-old can take part in interactive games that focus on language, song, dance, and other aspects of Scottish heritage. Some Gaelic games, such as Tunnag Tunnag Gèadh (Duck Duck Goose), will incorporate basic Gaelic vocabulary and phrases into fun and engaging games for children.

Spòrs (play) is weekly from Friday, July 3 to Friday, Aug. 28 from 10 a.m. to noon at the museum in Iona, Victoria Co.
