Temporary Cease Trade Order Issued

The Nova Scotia Securities Commission has issued a temporary cease trade order against 3062809 Nova Scotia Limited, World of Wisdom Publishing House, Terra Firma Publications Incorporated and Ronald George Davis and Laurie Harriett Davis.

The order prohibits trading in all securities of 3062809 Nova Scotia Limited, World of Wisdom Publishing House, and Terra Firma Publications Incorporated. It also orders Ronald George Davis and Laurie Harriett Davis to cease contravening the Securities Act..

The commission issued the 15-day interim order after hearing evidence from commission staff that the parties appear to have distributed and solicited securities in Nova Scotia without being registered to do so.

A panel will consider whether to extend the temporary cease trade order during a hearing.
