Order of Nova Scotia Ceremony to be Broadcast Live

Nova Scotians interested in viewing the 2007 Order of Nova Scotia investiture ceremony will be able to watch it live on television and the Internet.

Legislative Television will broadcast the ceremony on EastLink channel 10 and EastLink Digital Cable channel 95 beginning at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3.

This year's Order of Nova Scotia recipients are:

• Joyce Barkhouse, Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co.
• Peter Clarke, Woodville, Kings Co.
• Thomas De Vany Forrestall, Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality
• Flora MacDonald, North Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipalty,(Ottawa)
• William Stanish, Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality

The ceremony will also be available live on the provincial government website at www.gov.ns.ca .
