HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Highway 103

Motorists on Highway 103 between Exit 4 and Exit 5 should drive with extra caution as traffic will be diverted between old and new highway sections beginning at 4 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 16, while this section is being twinned.

Motorists are advised to follow traffic control measures in place and obey the 80 km/h speed limit. Two-way traffic is still in place on most sections.

The work is expected to be completed by early October.
