HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Highway 103

The new section of Highway 103 between Exit 3 and Exit 4 will be open to east-bound traffic beginning at 6 p.m. today, Aug. 28. This section will be posted at 100 km/h.

Work on the remainder of the twinning project continues until Saturday, Sept. 30. A reduced speed limit of 80 km/h is posted for the remainder of the project.
