Highland Village Museum Hosts Gaelic Song Workshop

Visitors to Highland Village Museum/An Clachan Gàidhealach are invited to try their hand at singing Gaelic songs on Wednesday, Aug. 23.

Jim Watson, manager of interpretation for the Highland Village Museum, will host Ag Éirigh air Òranwill, a Gaelic song workshop. Mr. Watson and friends will share Gaelic songs that were written in Nova Scotia and reflect the immigrant tradition.

Ag Éirigh air Òran will take place from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. backstage in the Tuning Room at the Highland Village. Admission is free. All are welcome.
