Highway 104 at the Post Road and Market Street intersection in Antigonish will have lane closures and traffic will be stopped intermittently in both directions to allow work on traffic signals on Sunday, Aug. 28.

The Addington Forks Bridge on Addington Forks Extension Road will be closed for repairs from Wednesday, Aug. 31 to Wednesday, Sept. 7.

HALIFAX COUNTY: Highway 118/Wright Avenue Interchange
Highway 118 will have intermittent lane closures in both directions during interchange construction and traffic will be stopped in both directions during blasting until Friday, Sept. 30.
Traffic control consists of signs, cones and barriers.
Work takes place from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

INVERNESS COUNTY: Glendale, Victoria and Rough Brook Bridges
The following bridges near Kingsville in Inverness County will be reduced to one lane from Monday, Aug. 29 to Friday, Sept. 30 for repaving:
- Glendale Bridge on Highway 105, for about 2.4 kilometres east of Exit 2;
- Victoria Bridge on Highway 105, for about 0.3 kilometres west of Exit 2; and
- Rough Brook Bridge on Highway 105, for about 3.5 kilometres west of Exit 2.
Traffic control consists of traffic control persons.

RICHMOND COUNTY: Highway 104
Highway 104 will have a single-lane closure from west of the Richmond-Inverness County line near Port Hawkesbury, east for 5.1 kilometres, and from the Route 320 overpass, west of Louisdale, east for 1.4 kilometres.
Lane closures will take place from Saturday, Aug. 27 to Friday, Sept. 9 for crack filling and resurfacing.

The Glenroy (Marydale) Bridge located on the Marydale-Caledonia Road in St. Andrews will be closed to traffic until Monday, Oct. 31 for repairs.
A detour is available via the Antigonish/Guysborough Road and the south intersection of Marydale Caledonia Road.

Section one is in the southbound lane between exits 13A and 12, and section two is in the northbound lane between exits 11 and 12.

Vernon Bridge in Murray Siding is closed for bridge replacement work until Thursday, Sept. 1.
The 6.4-kilometre detour follows:
- easterly from Old Courthouse Branch along Salmon River Road to Valley Road for 2.4 kilometres,
- southerly along Valley Road to Valleydale Road for half a kilometre,
- westerly, along Valleydale Road to Greenfield Road for 2.7 kilometres, and
- northerly along Greenfield Road to East Prince Street for about 0.8 kilometres.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Bergman Bridge
Bergman Bridge located on Trunk 1, about 1.3 kilometres east of the Hants/Halifax County line, is closed for repairs until Friday, Sept. 30.
The bridge will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and then reopened to traffic. A detour is available on Highway 101.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Burnside Drive
The Burnside Drive underpass structure on Highway 111 will have periodic lane closures for repairs until Tuesday, Aug. 30.
Traffic control consists of flashing lights and barrels. Speed will be reduced to 60 kilometres on Highway 111.

Highway 104 will have a one-lane closure for road work between Exit 27A, at Sutherland's River, and French River -- a distance of about 6.5 kilometres -- until Wednesday, Aug. 31.
Two detours are available. For the section east of Exit 27 at Sutherland's River, the alternate is Trunk 4.
For the section between Exit 27A and Exit 27, a detour is available via Exit 26 at the Thorburn Road Interchange via Route 347 (Sherbrooke Road), Thorburn Road, and Trunk 4.

RICHMOND COUNTY: Arichat
There will be intermittent one-lane closures on three sections of road in Arichat, for a total of 6.6 kilometres until Friday, Sept. 30.
- Section one is on Lower Road, from Babin's Hill to the Petit-de- Grat intersection;
- Section two is on the various streets connecting Lower Road to High Road including Bay Lane, Benets Lane, Upton Lane, Connies Lane, and Godfreys Lane; and
- Section three is on Service Road, from Evanston Road to the second entrance of the Strait Richmond Hospital.
