Traffic Advisory, Canso Causeway

CANSO CAUSEWAY

Drivers going to and from Cape Breton are advised that the Canso Causeway will be closed at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 13, for about one hour for celebration of the causeway's 50th anniversary.

Delays can also be expected before and after the ceremony due to traffic volumes.

Drivers should adjust their travel schedules and use extra caution near the causeway during this time.
