Nova Scotia Companies Get Geared For Growth At June Conference

Exporting, productivity, accessing capital, and leadership will be at the top of the agenda for Nova Scotia Business Inc (NSBI)'s first Geared for Growth Business Conference.

Presented by Aliant, the conference is taking place June 13-14, at the World Trade and Convention Centre in Halifax.

"Nova Scotia companies are expressing a resounding confidence in their prospects for growth over the next year," said Stephen Lund, president and CEO of NSBI. "Geared for Growth is intended to leverage this confidence and inspire Nova Scotia businesses to take it to the next level."

Jay Forbes, president and chief executive officer of Aliant Inc., will be one of the keynote speakers at the two-day event.
