Port Clyde Bridge Re-opens

The Port Clyde bridge on Route 309 in Shelburne County re-opened to traffic today, Dec. 15. Vehicles weighing up to 12 tonnes are permitted to travel safely over the bridge.

The bridge on route 309 was closed Nov. 25 and repairs began Dec. 3. The bridge is scheduled to be replaced in 2005.
