HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Highway 103

Traffic on Highway 103 between exits 4 and 5 is being rerouted this morning, Nov. 29, until about 11 a.m., due to blasting.

Motorists travelling inbound will be redirected to Trunk 3 at Exit 5, Tantallon.

Motorists travelling outbound will be redirected to Trunk 3 at Exit 4, Hubley.
