Task Force on Aging, Halifax Regional Municipality Meetings

SENIOR CITIZENS' SECRETARIAT--Task Force on Aging, Halifax Regional Municipality Meetings

The provincial government's Task Force on Aging will hold public meetings to discuss Nova Scotia's Positive Aging Strategy.

The meetings will give the public the opportunity to comment on the discussion paper for Nova Scotia's Positive Aging Strategy, released on Oct. 20.

Meetings will be held in the Halifax Regional Municipality on the following dates.

Monday, Nov. 29 Dartmouth -- 9 a.m. to noon, Dartmouth Centennial Legion, 703
Main St.

Tuesday, Nov. 30 Middle Musquodoboit -- 9 a.m. to noon, Bi-Centennial Theatre,
12390 Highway 224

Wednesday, Dec. 1 Halifax -- 9 a.m. to noon, Halifax Legion, 50 Hillcrest St.,
Fairview

Thursday, Dec. 2 Sackville -- 9 a.m. to noon, Sackville Legion, 45 Sackville
Crossroads

Friday, Dec. 3 Dartmouth -- 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Dartmouth Seniors' Centre, 45
Ochterloney St.

Halifax -- 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., CNIB Auditorium, 6136 Almon St.
