SENIOR CITIZENS' SECRETARIAT--Task Force on Aging Hosts Meetings in Colchester, Cumberland, Pictou Counties
The provincial government's Task Force on Aging will hold public meetings to discuss Nova Scotia's Positive Aging Strategy.
The meetings will give the public the opportunity to comment on the discussion paper for Nova Scotia's Positive Aging Strategy, released on Oct. 20.
The meetings will be held in the Colchester, Cumberland and Pictou counties on the following dates:
Monday, Nov. 8 Parrsboro -- 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Parrsboro Legion, 55 Moore St.
Tuesday, Nov. 9
Amherst -- 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Amherst Legion, 10 Princess St.
Truro -- 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Colchester Branch Legion,
42 Brunswick St.
Wednesday, Nov. 10
New Glasgow -- 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Normandy Branch Legion,
39 North Provost St.
