Traffic Advisory, Canso Causeway

Motorists can expect delays when the Canso Causeway is closed between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. today, Feb. 29. The causeway is being closed so department of transportation work crews can remove snow and widen the road.

The department provides updated road condition reports three times a day, seven days a week in winter by calling toll-free 1- 800-307-SNOW (7669). The service is also available online at www.gov.ns.ca/tran .
