Scotts Bridge on Route 245 is closed for replacement until Friday, Nov. 7.
A detour is available via Route 245 to Pleasant Valley. Traffic control consists of detour signage. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Luther McNutt Bridge
Luther McNutt Bridge on Truro Road is closed, except to local traffic, until Monday, Dec. 15 for bridge structure removal and replacement. Traffic control consists of detour signage.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Trunk 2
Trunk 2 from Taggart Road to the Portapique River has a one-lane closure for ditching, culvert repairs and repaving until Monday, Nov. 17. Traffic control consists of traffic control persons. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

DIGBY COUNTY: Meteghan River Bridge
Meteghan River Bridge on Trunk 1 is closed until Sunday, Nov. 30. If travelling from Yarmouth towards Saulnierville on Trunk 1, a detour is available on Maxwellton Road, to Second Division Road, to Placide Comeau Road and back to Trunk 1.
If travelling from Halifax or Digby towards Meteghan River, a detour is available on the Placide Comeau Road, to Second Division Road, to Maxwellton Road and back to Trunk 1.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Beaverbank Connector
Beaverbank Connector and Highway 101 interchange ramps, from Sackville Drive to Highway 101, have a lane closure for paving until Friday, Nov. 14. Traffic control consists of flashing light units and signage. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 pm.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Highway 103
Blasting will take place on Highway 103, at exits 3 and 4, between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. until September 2004.
Both eastbound and westbound motorists may experience short delays. Traffic control consists of traffic control persons. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Highway 111 Dartmouth
Portland Street, Highway 111/118, MicMac Parclo and Exit 5, from MicMac to the Woodland exit, will have partial lane closures for highway ramp light repairs until Friday, Nov. 21. Traffic control consists of an arrow board. Work takes place from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The Highway 102/Lacewood Drive (Exit 2A) interchange has a one- lane closure for repairs to traffic signals, curbs, gutters and sidewalks until Saturday, Nov. 15. Traffic control consists of signage. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

HANTS COUNTY: Elmsdale Bridge
Elmsdale Bridge on Trunk 2 between Elmsdale and Lantz is closed until June 2004. A detour is available around the bridge. Traffic control consists of a detour sign.

HANTS COUNTY: Highway 101
Highway 101, from Mount Uniacke to the Stillwater overpass, is now open. Work will continue in isolated areas. The speed limit is returned to 100 km/h. Once motorists pass the Stillwater overpass, the speed limit will remain at the reduced rate of 80km/h.
Motorists may occasionally experience some minor traffic delays in areas where traffic has been reduced from two lanes to one.

Mill Road in Mount Uniacke, has a one-lane closure for paving until Friday, Nov. 14.

INVERNESS COUNTY: Trunk 19
Crews are surface paving and ditching about four kilometres of Trunk 19, from River Denys Mountain Road northerly. One lane will be closed. The work is expected to be completed by Saturday, Nov. 29. Traffic control consists of a pilot vehicle and flag staff. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

LUNENBURG COUNTY: Barkhouse Bridge
Barkhouse Bridge on Trunk 3, about 0.4 kilometres from the Crandel Road intersection, has a one-lane closure for repairs until Friday, Nov. 7.
Traffic control consists of traffic control signs posted at exits 9 and 10 on Highway 103 and Trunk 3. Vehicles wider than 3.1 metres should use Highway 103 as a detour. Work takes place 24 hours a day.

Toney River Bridge on Carmichael Road in Pictou County is closed until further notice. Traffic control consists of signage. A detour is available on Popular Hill Road and Meadowville Station Road.

Medway River Bridge on Highway 103, about 100 metres east of the intersection with the Medway River Road (Exit 17A), has a one- lane closure for repairs until Friday, Nov. 7. Traffic control consists of traffic signals. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
