Province Seeking Help in Cleanup

The province is looking for volunteers to help cut and remove tree debris in areas affected by Hurricane Juan.

"Cleanup is progressing as quickly as possible," said Ernest Fage, Minister responsible for the Emergency Measures Organization. "In order to speed things along we are enlisting the help of people who are available to help in the clean-up operation."

Individuals who are trained and experienced in wood cutting and who have their own safety equipment are encouraged to contact the Emergency Measures Organization at 902-424-5620.
