Consumer Advisory

The Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, with the Nova Scotia Department of Health, advises the public not to consume pepperoni, kielbasa or polish sausage meats processed by Sweet Williams Country Sausage of Stewiacke, N.S., purchased after Sept. 2.

All other meat products manufactured by Sweet Williams Country Sausage are not subject to this advisory at this time.

There have been no illnesses reported with these products. This advisory is due to a temporary failure of a water treatment device.
