Sherbrooke Musical Ride Tickets Going Fast

Reserved-seating tickets for the Sherbrooke presentation of the RCMP Musical Ride on Friday, Sept. 12, are sold out.

Advance tickets, which offer festival seating (bring your own lawn chair or blanket) are now on sale and are selling briskly. There are fewer than 500 adult, 500 senior/youth and 200 family tickets remaining. The advance tickets are good for designated areas that offer a full view of the show.

This will be the final Nova Scotia appearance of the season for the renowned equestrian show.

The event starts at 6 p.m. and includes musical entertainment from Pictou County's Rusty Nail Bluegrass Band, a special medal presentation ceremony for RCMP veterans of the Second World War, and, of course, the world-famous Musical Ride.

There will be a limited number of standing room tickets available on the day of the show, however, advance tickets guarantee a preferred view and save money. Advance tickets are $12 for adults, $9 for seniors and those under 16 years of age and $30 for a family (two adults, two children). Standing room tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors and those under 16 and $35 for a family. All reserved and advance ticket holders will also be eligible for special discounts at Sherbrooke Village on the day of the show.

Tickets are available only through the Sherbrooke Village administration office. For more information call toll-free 1-888- 743-7845.
