COLCHESTER COUNTY: Route 311 Route 311, for 5.3 kilometres from Onslow Road to the Stewarts Bridge, has intermittent one-lane closures until Friday, Oct. 31 to facilitate ditching, culvert work, and repaving. Traffic control consists of traffic control persons and a pilot vehicle. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
