CAPE BRETON REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Highway 125 Highway 125, from Exit 4 at Balls Creek to the Coxheath Road Overpass will have a one-lane closure for microsurfacing from Monday, July 14 until Friday, Aug. 1. Traffic control consists of traffic control persons. A detour is available via Keltic Drive (Route 305). Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Trans-Canada Highway 104 There will be intermittent periods of east-bound lane closures on the Trans-Canada Highway 104, from 300 metres west of the 102 off-ramp to the West North River overpass, for repaving until Sunday, Aug. 31. HANTS COUNTY: Highway 101, Railroad Overpass The Highway 101 railroad overpass structure near Stillwater is undergoing repairs until Sunday, Aug. 31. Traffic will be stopped during blasting. Also, motorists are advised there will be trucks crossing Highway 101 near the structure for the duration of the work. Traffic control consists of traffic control persons. A detour is available on Trunk 1, Exit 3 at Mount Uniacke to Exit 4 at St. Croix. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

HANTS COUNTY: Sangsters Bridge Sangsters Bridge in Hants County is closed for repairs until Wednesday, July 16. Traffic control consists of detour signs. A detour is available on Falmouth Dyke Road to Trunk 1 and then to Trunk 14.

INVERNESS COUNTY: Margaree Harbour Bridge Crews are working on construction of the new Margaree Harbour Bridge. Motorists using the current bridge should watch for ongoing construction activities in the area. Traffic will be delayed occasionally. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The new bridge should be in service by December. The removal of the old bridge should be completed by September 2004.

INVERNESS COUNTY: Railway Crossing The railway crossing on the South Side River Denys Road will have a one-day closure for repairs on Friday, July 11. Traffic control consists of signage. A detour is available on Eden Road. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

KINGS COUNTY: Highway No. 1 Highway No. 1 between Morden Road and Greenwood Road will have alternating lane closures for repaving until Thursday, July 31. PICTOU COUNTY: Joudrey Road Joudrey Road is closed, except to local traffic, for culvert repairs, until further notice. A detour is available from Louisville Road to Route 6. Work takes place 24 hours-a-day.

VICTORIA COUNTY: Seal Island Bridge Seal Island Bridge has a one-lane closure for bridge repairs until Wednesday, Oct. 15. Maximum load width at the bridge will be 3.05 metres (10 feet). Traffic control consists of traffic signals. Work takes place 24 hours-a-day.
