ANTIGONISH COUNTY: Trans-Canada Highway
Trans-Canada 104, from West River Bridge westerly 1.85 kilometers will be reduced to one lane in each direction for repaving from Sunday, June 8 to Tuesday, July 15. Traffic control consists of traffic control persons. Nightly work takes place from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Route 357
Route 357, between the South Road and Murchyville Road in Middle Musquodoboit, will have a full road closure on Wednesday, June 11. Traffic control will consist of detour signs.
When traveling northerly on Route 357, a detour is available by going east on South Road to the intersection of Murchyville Road, then north on Murchyville Road, arriving back on Route 347.
When traveling southerly on Route 357, a detour is available by going south on Murchyville Road to the intersection of South Road, then west on the South Road arriving back on Route 357.
Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

ANNAPOLIS COUNTY: Allison Marshall Bridge
Allison Marshall Bridge on Spa Springs Road is closed for repairs until Friday, June 13. Traffic control consists of barricades, flashing light units and signage. A detour is available on Route 362, Trunk 1 and Victoria Road. Work take place 24 hours-a-day.

Trans-Canada Highway 104, from Exit 30 at Beaver Meadow Underpass easterly towards Antigonish, has a one-lane closure for repaving until July 15. Traffic control consists of a pilot vehicle. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: George Gibbons Bridge
George Gibbons Bridge on Trunk 2, between Stewiacke and Alton is closed for repairs until June 14. Traffic control consists of signage. A detour is available on MacKay Siding, Wittenburg and Cloverdale Road. Work takes place 24 hours-a-day.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Route 289
Route 289 in Brookfield, from the railway tracks westerly for 3.7 kilometers, will have a lane closure for repairs until Sept. 30. Traffic control consist of signage. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Stewiacke Intersection Structure
Stewiacke Intersection structure, southbound, will have alternating lane closures for bridge repairs until Aug. 1. Traffic control will consist of a jersey barrier, drums and flashing light units. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Canterbury Truss Bridge
Canterbury Truss Bridge on Bellefontaine Road in Middle Porter's Lake is closed until further notice. A detour is available on Route 207, Trunk 7 and Highway 107.

Route 333, from Indian Point Road southerly to Redmonds Road, will have occasional lane closures for repaving until Aug. 31. Traffic control consists of traffic control persons. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Route 357, from Red's Bridge at Elderbank, northerly toward Middle Musquodoboit, has a lane closure for paving until Aug. 31. Traffic control consists of traffic control persons. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

HANTS COUNTY: Highway 101, Railroad Overpass
The Highway 101 railroad overpass structure near Stillwater is undergoing repairs until Aug. 31. Traffic will be stopped during blasting. Also, motorists are advised there will be trucks crossing Highway 101 near the structure for the duration of the work. Traffic control consists of traffic control persons. A detour is available on Trunk 1, Exit 3 at Mount Uniacke to Exit 4 at St. Croix. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

INVERNESS COUNTY: Margaree Harbour Bridge
Crews are working on construction of the new Margaree Harbour Bridge. Motorists using the current bridge should watch for ongoing construction activities in the area. Traffic will be delayed occasionally. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The new bridge should be in service by December. The removal of the old bridge should be completed by September 2004.

KINGS COUNTY: Highway No. 1
Highway No. 1 between Morden Road and Greenwood Road will have alternating lane closures for repaving until July 31. Traffic control will consist of a pilot vehicle and traffic control persons. There will be a detour on Highway 101 and Route 221. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

PICTOU COUNTY: Carmichael Road
Toney River Bridge on Carmichael Road in Pictou County is closed until June 30. Traffic control consists of signage. A detour is available on Popular Hill Road and Meadowville Station Road.

Joudrey Road is closed, except to local traffic, for culvert repairs, until further notice. A detour is available from Louisville Road to Route 6. Work takes place 24 hours-a-day.

VICTORIA COUNTY: Seal Island Bridge
Seal Island Bridge has a one-lane closure for bridge repairs until Oct. 15. Maximum load width at the bridge will be 3.05 metres (10 feet). Traffic control consists of traffic signals. Work takes place 24 hours-a-day.
