The northbound and southbound lanes on Highway 102 between exits 14 and 15 are now open.

Strong winds had knocked over tractor trailers on Highway 102 near Truro today, Feb. 24, forcing road closures and detours.

The Department of Transportation and Public Works is advising truckers with empty trailers to avoid Highway 102 between exits 14 and 15 because of the strong winds.
