QUEEN'S COUNTY: Highway 103

One lane is open to traffic on Highway 103 near Port Joli.

A tractor trailer was blocking the highway on the east side of the Kejimkujik National Park Seaside Adjunct, St. Catherines River Road.

A tow truck has moved part of the vehicle, allowing traffic to resume on Highway 103.

RCMP are on the scene and Department of Transportation and Public Works officials are assisting.
